Jim Kasprzak
Jim brings to your team... 36 years of racing experience and 31 years of automotive experience.
His resume is way too long to list here, but suffice it to say that he's accomplished A LOT, including TWO shock patents, numerous wins for General Motors, Riley-Matthews, TWR Jaguar and, well, is just too modest to drop any more names.
Needless-to-say, he's all about FAST.
David Wagener
Dave joined the Kaz Tech race engineering team in 2001, bringing with him eight years of racing experience and nine years of design and development expertise. His specialties include: finite element analysis, vehicle data analysis, custom analysis development, graphical user interface, as well as, shock & suspension tuning. He really likes to make things go fast.
John McQueen
John brings 29 years of racing experience to your team, including TWO NASCAR championships. He's been a crew chief in Cup, Busch and Truck. His expertise includes: 7-post testing, writing data analysis software, shock development, data acquisition and analysis and test equipment design. He likes to make cars go real fast too.
Tom Jaworski
Tom has been tuning and developing cars for 30 years. He has worked for OEM manufacturers and suppliers on standard and electronically-controlled suspensions. His experience includes suspension tuning and ride development with all the major car manufacturers. He's just a fast guy.
Jessie Youngblood
Jess brings to our team 26 years of experience in... just about everything! From culinary arts, to climbing mountains, and now racing, Jess can handle any problem your team might have. She's our program manager for FSAE and will help guide through the entire process of getting your car to go fast. Have a question about seminars? Kaz Tech Tips? Ben Langford
Ben joined the Kaz Tech team in 2010. He holds two bachelor's degrees from Virginia Tech in Agribusiness Management and Mechanical Engineering. His passion originally began in off road chassis and drivetrain design and fabrication which has now bled into all forms of racing. His specialties include: chassis design, multi-link independent and solid axle suspension kinematics, shock and spring dynamics, vibrations, and control systems.
