What will it cost for shipping and how long before I receive my order?
Cost of shipping is based on weight, distance and time.  After selecting your products in our online store, you can insert your location and select your shipping method; which will tell you shipping cost. Time is based on your distance from our shipping location, how quickly do you want your order and how much are you will to pay.  An extra week must be allowed when order shocks because they are custom built to your specifications.

How do I select a valve code?
The mystery of how to select a valve code has been made easier with the help of our shock seminars.  All the “How To” seminars are located under our download section along with our Vehicle Information form that we use to calculate a suggested valve code from your car specs.

Why compression forces are more than rebound?
Typically, shocks are tuned with the rebound forces being higher than compression.  However, with the years of experience Kaz Technologies has with racing, we have found it to be beneficial to use more compression than rebound at the low and mid shock velocity range with these cars. This makes the car more responsive during quick transitions and better on turn-ins. One of the great features with these Formula SAE shocks is their ability to have a mix between compression and rebound forces; the choice is always yours.

Are the Kaz Tech products available in Europe and Asia?
The Kaz Tech products are only available through Kaz Technologies located in the United States. However, we ship to all parts of the world.

Do you offer discounts or sponsorships to any teams?
Sorry.  At this time we are not able to offer any discount or sponsorships to any team.  However, our technical assistance is available to any team without charge.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, or you can pay by check or bank transfer.  However, there is a $40.00 bank transfer fee.  No products are built, shipped or serviced until we receive full payment.
